Qualifications

• 2+ years sales or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record visits on guest cards and update systems.
• Inspect models and communicate needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate community features and close the sale.
• Process applications and deposits per policy and Fair Housing.
• Update availability and process approvals in the system.
• Ensure apartment readiness for move-in date and follow-up on prospects.
• Assist renewals, notices, and administrative duties in Yardi.
