Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in sales, leasing, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Highlight community features and guide residents to view apartments.
• Respond to rental inquiries in person and online.
• Maintain a professional, friendly leasing office atmosphere.
• Inspect units and report maintenance needs as required.
• Present rental offers and handle lease renewals.
• Address resident questions and manage communications.
• Verify background and prepare lease applications.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms and move‑in procedures.
• Attend meetings and assist with reports and surveys.
