Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills over the telephone and in-person.
• Strong customer-service mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced sales/marketing environment.
• Ability to read and write short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to translate financial and real estate terminology into plain language.

Responsibilities

• Highlight the community, answer questions, and guide residents to view apartments and amenities.
• Respond to rental inquiries in-person and via digital channels.
• Maintain a professional, friendly leasing office atmosphere.
• Inspect the community when showing units and report maintenance needs.
• Present new rental offers and lease renewals to residents.
• Address resident issues and manage ongoing communications.
