Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/ResMan/On-Site) preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, leases, renewals, and related documents accurately.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Support resident retention with excellent customer service and community engagement.
