The role emphasizes professional presentation, timely handling of inquiries, and coordinating with the property team to ensure a smooth move-in process and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service focus.
• Ability to interact with prospective tenants and process leasing documents accurately.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities for rent calculations and payments.

Responsibilities

• Meets with prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses layout, facilities, and terms of lease.
• Completes lease forms and manages resident files securely.
• Keeps track of lease approvals by contacting previous landlords and employers.
• Answers incoming calls and maintains professional company representation.
• Updates listings of available units and creates advertisements reflecting current market pricing.
• Handles resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and timely notices.
