Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 in Tucson to generate leases and deliver an exceptional prospect experience. You will support resident satisfaction and help achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.

Responsibilities include tours, lease paperwork, lead follow-up, and marketing participation. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and closing skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and community policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead, traffic, and prospect follow-up records in the property management system.
• Support resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach, resident events, and social media/community promotion.
• Maintain professional presentation of the leasing office, model units, and tour paths.
• Comply with Fair Housing and all company policies.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
