Responsabilidades

• Highlight community features and guide residents to view apartments.
• Respond to rental inquiries in-person and online.
• Maintain a professional, friendly leasing office atmosphere.
• Inspect units and report maintenance needs.
• Present new rental offers and manage lease renewals.
• Handle resident questions and communicate effectively.
