Job summary

Founders Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Paradise Valley, AZ to deliver outstanding customer service and assist housing seekers with finding the right home. You will guide prospects through model viewing, explain floor plans and lease terms, and process lease applications with accuracy.

The role requires strong communication and sales skills, ability to multitask, and a team-focused attitude to support residents and the property team.

Qualifications

• Meets with prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses size, layout, and available facilities, such as pool and saunas, and lease terms.
• Completes lease forms accurately and keeps resident files secure and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls and handles inquiries.
• Keeps listings of available units and creates advertisements reflecting current market pricing.
• Represents the company professionally and ensures resident satisfaction with management.
