Founders Property Management in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide an amazing customer experience. You will meet with prospective tenants, show model apartments, discuss layouts and amenities, collect deposits, and manage lease files with care.

We value strong communication and teamwork, with weekend flexibility to meet housing needs and deliver outstanding service to residents and prospects alike.

Qualifications

• Meets with prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms.
• Completes lease forms or agreements and maintains resident files securely.
• Keeps track of approval process and communicates with future residents.
• Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly.
• Compiles listings of available units and creates advertisements reflect current pricing.
• Represents the company professionally at all times.
• Deals with resident concerns and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
