DTN Management Company is seeking a Leasing Agent for our Novi, Michigan community. You will generate, manage and close leads, present leases to prospective residents, and deliver outstanding customer experiences daily.

You will collaborate with the property team to exceed leasing goals, coordinate resident events and use property software to track leads, renewals and service requests with professionalism and care.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and software platforms.
• Ability to learn social media and reputation management tools.
