Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities at our Nashville-area properties. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform screenings, and prepare move-in packages to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, plus proficiency in property management software and standard office tools. Weekend availability is required at times.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes.
• Strong proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).
• Licenses: Current Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, tour properties, process applications, and prepare move-in packages.
• Perform credit screening, background checks, and lease signings to ensure smooth move-ins.
• Design offsite marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Analyze market trends and adjust plans to sustain occupancy and competitiveness.
• Support lease renewals, respond to resident questions, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain property appearance and safety standards through daily inspections.
