Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Showcase community features aligned with customer needs.
• Ensure smooth renewals and occupancy through attentive service.
• Utilize marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic.
• Follow up with potential and current residents to support retention.
• Handle unpredictable situations with problem-solving and good judgment.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and competitors to inform prospects.
• Promote positive resident relations with timely responses to needs and concerns.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files, and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Plan and organize resident events with the team.
• Assist in other projects and activities as needed.
