Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Texas to coordinate rentals, move-ins and renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents. You will drive occupancy, ensure a high quality living experience, and maintain accurate records and schedules.

The role requires strong customer service, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiarity with Yardi Voyager, and a valid driver's license. Training on company policies and Fair Housing is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience for all residents.
• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure timely delivery of documents.
