You'll engage with prospective residents, qualify leads, conduct tours, and ensure occupancy goals are met. The role requires a high school diploma and strong customer service, with leasing or sales experience preferred.

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in/out paperwork.
• Tour model apartments and guide residents through the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Assist with resident relations and respond to requests promptly.
• Support management with clerical tasks and reports.
