RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a proactive Ranger to lead leasing, tenant relations, and day-to-day property operations at our Jacksonville communities.

You will manage hiring, train staff, meet revenue goals, analyze budgets, supervise maintenance, and ensure safety and curb appeal while delivering outstanding service. This role requires weekend availability and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with supervisory experience.
• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and conduct employee evaluations.
• Meet revenue goals through marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and reporting.
• Monitor market trends and update leasing tools and processes.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and collections.
