Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Community Ambassador to guide prospective residents through leasing, close sales, and contribute to marketing events. You will conduct tours, follow up on leads, and support social media campaigns while maintaining a high standard of resident experience.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to work with a team under Leasing & Marketing guidelines. Evening and weekend availability may be required to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational and reliability skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close the sale.
• Schedule and conduct property tours and follow up with leads.
• Assist in marketing efforts and community events, including social media.
• Deliver excellent resident experience and resolve concerns with management guidance.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and communications for the team.
