Qualifications

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work on a team and present a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property products and services.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all interactions with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and competition.
• Assist with marketing to position Bell communities as preferred options.
• Coordinate resident applications and complete lease packets.
