Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Able to work in a team and present a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospective residents; coordinate tours and respond to inquiries.
• Lease apartments and promote community offerings within budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing standards are followed with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and maintain knowledge of property and competitors.
• Assist marketing efforts to position Bell communities as desirable places to live.
• Process resident applications and complete lease packets with addendums.
