You will act as a central communication hub among residents, community management, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups on applications and renewals. Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of customer service experience, a professional image, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of customer service experience (hospitality or apartment leasing preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional image and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property products and services within budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all interactions with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Coordinate resident applications and prepare lease packets and files.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation; ensure timely follow-up with residents.
