Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a leasing consultant in Fort Worth, TX to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high retention, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will handle tours, prepare lease documents, maintain records, and support management with clerical tasks. Prior leasing or sales experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maintain occupancy.
• Present model apartments and conduct tours for prospects.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Provide clerical support to management as needed.
