The role includes leasing effectively, following Fair Housing standards, supporting marketing efforts, processing applications, and maintaining accurate lease records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and present a professional image.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and meet budget targets.
• Ensure Fair Housing standards in all interactions.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Coordinate resident applications and lease files.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of property and competition.
• Respond to resident inquiries and issues with timely follow up.
