Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Dallas to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals while delivering top-tier resident service. You will engage prospective residents, tour properties and process leases to help achieve high occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualified candidates bring sales experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. A valid driver’s license and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Tour properties, qualify prospects, prepare lease docs and process move-ins.
