Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, explaining terms.
• Maintain leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and outreach to increase property traffic.
• Handle resident concerns and retention programs.
• Complete leasing paperwork and audits as needed.
