Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience or training.
• Microsoft Office and Property Management Software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours and qualify prospects.
• Assist prospects with applications and deposits following procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification and submit them for processing.
• Show apartments and close the sale, prepare move-ins and orientation.
• Maintain an active social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Address resident questions and service requests to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, and following up.
• Support marketing efforts within the Marketing Budget and Plan.
