Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Pooler, GA to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required and the role focuses on greeting, qualifying, touring, and closing leases while maintaining accurate leasing data.

Responsibilities include completing paperwork, supporting lease audits, and assisting in marketing plans; strong customer service and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws are preferred.

Qualifications

• On-site leasing and customer service experience desirable.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify and tour the community.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and conduct follow-up.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond within 24 hours.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and events.
• Enforce community policies and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to residents.
