TRL Systems, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for residents and prospects, delivering outstanding customer service and guiding them to new homes.

You will support residents throughout their residency lifecycle, from move-ins to renewals, while collaborating with the Community Manager to meet leasing goals. The role emphasizes hands-on sales, market awareness, and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning leasing, marketing, data entry, and property

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Outstanding customer service mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in multi-family rentals or related property management.
• Retail sales or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly greet prospective residents and determine needs.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and verify results.
• Convert leads into leases and follow up on non-leases.
• Update market surveys on rents, specials, and competitor promotions.
• Answer calls and manage voicemails from prospects and residents.
• Enter data into Entrata and prepare leasing reports for the Manager.
• Ensure office, clubroom, home models, and market-ready homes are immaculate.
• Support marketing and social media efforts as directed by the Manager.
• Assist in move-ins (keys, gift, package) as directed by the Manager.
• Share information about the local neighborhood with prospects and residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
