Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a multifamily property. You will show units, greet prospects, sign leases, and handle daily administrative tasks on-site.

You will also support lease audits, respond to resident inquiries within 24 hours, help implement retention programs, and contribute to the property’s marketing plan while maintaining accurate traffic and data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, tour, and move-in prospective residents; sign leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits and unit turns.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support development of resident retention programs and events.
• Ensure on-site compliance with policies and safety protocols.
