Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show units, qualify prospective residents, tour community spaces, and secure leases while ensuring all paperwork is completed prior to move-in.

You’ll assist with audits, turnover, and maintaining accurate leasing data. On-site duties include daily property presence, customer service, and implementing marketing plans to drive traffic and leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with lease audits and turnover.
