Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, with duties spanning showings, lease closings, and follow-up tasks.

The role emphasizes customer service, overseeing leasing paperwork, and assisting in resident retention initiatives and outreach campaigns. Candidates should have a high school diploma and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of on-site software functions and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease and market the property, maintain positive resident relations.
• Record prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; complete all leasing paperwork.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and marketing plan outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of property and market conditions; complete weekly market survey report.
• Ensure excellent customer service and respond to service requests promptly.
