Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing and resident relations at a property. The role requires regular onsite attendance, tours, leasing paperwork, and responsive follow-up to leads and inquiries.

You will support lease auditing, turnover, and resident retention programs while contributing to the property's overall marketing plan and market surveys. On-site teamwork and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• On-site software functionality is understood and performed.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to learn and use leasing software and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet and qualify tours.
• Close sales by scheduling tours, generating leads and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data with 24-hour responsiveness.
• Support marketing plans and conduct market surveys as needed.
