Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.
• Regular on-site attendance is required and essential for daily operations.
• Show, lease, tour, and move in prospective residents; finalize lease agreements.
