Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to handle leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a property. Regular on-site presence is required, including showing, qualifying, touring, and signing leases while completing all leasing paperwork before move-in.

You will support lease audits, unit walks, and turn processes, maintain leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours, and contribute to resident retention activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases.
• Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walkthroughs, and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support development and implementation of resident retention programs.
• Manage customer service and service-request turnaround to ensure resident satisfaction.
