The role involves handling lease paperwork, responding to leads within 24 hours, and supporting turnover processes while ensuring excellent customer service and daily operations align with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required and leasing paperwork must be completed prior to move-in.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases.
• Close sales through appointments, tours, follow-ups, and lead generation; maintain model units and conduct market surveys.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and the turn process; maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Contribute to marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals; perform general office and administrative tasks.
