Asset Living is hiring a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. Regular onsite presence is required to greet, tour, qualify, and sign leases, and to close sales with prospective residents.

The role emphasizes updating leasing data, following up on leads within 24 hours, and supporting annual marketing plans while handling resident inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Compensation ranges hourly with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
• Onsite attendance is required daily.
• Show, lease, tour prospects, and sign leases; close sales and move-ins.
• Complete leasing paperwork and conduct follow-ups as needed.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing efforts to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs and community events.
• Contribute to keeping the office and model clean and organized.
