Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. On-site duties include showing units, processing leases, and maintaining accurate lead data while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. Regular onsite attendance is expected, with opportunities to contribute to retention programs and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with audits, tours, and unit turns.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support in developing and implementing resident retention programs and marketing plans.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle resident requests and concerns promptly.
• Review market surveys and maintain knowledge of property and competition.
