AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Resident Relations Manager for the Debra Metrowest property in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on directing leasing activities, delivering excellent resident service, and driving occupancy across AIR communities.

You will participate in community marketing and ensure compliance with fair housing laws. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of sales/customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer service skills addressing resident needs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation to multiple communities.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process and promptly follow up with prospects.
• Schedule and conduct tours to sell the value of the community.
• Maintain monthly leasing goals and performance targets.
• Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
