Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, customer service and asset management, preferably in property management.
• 2+ years in a leadership role in property management.
• Experience leading a team in a competitive sales environment.
• Ability to mentor a diverse team and drive results with sales metrics.
• Understanding of budgets and financials; familiarity with PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and hit financial goals.
• Oversee leasing and maintenance teams and ensure policy adherence.
