AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for The Debra Metrowest in Orlando, FL. You will lead a maintenance team, drive responsive service, and oversee preventive maintenance, apartment turns, and vendor relationships to enhance resident satisfaction and asset value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance, facilities management, building operations, or related property maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing maintenance technicians or service teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage work orders, preventive maintenance programs, apartment turns, vendor relationships, and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team while fostering accountability, engagement, and high performance.
• Drive resident satisfaction through responsive service, quality workmanship, and strong communication.
• Oversee maintenance operations, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, vendor management, and capital improvements.
• Partner with community leadership to identify priorities that improve asset performance and resident experience.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, local regulations, and procedures.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, contracts, and resources for efficiency and quality.
• Use technology and performance metrics to monitor service delivery and outcomes.
