AIR Communities seeks an Apartment Resident Relations Manager for its Orlando, FL property. This full-time Leasing role focuses on driving traffic, tours, and apartment sales while delivering world-class resident service.

You will follow AIR's sales process, aim to meet leasing targets, support multiple AIR communities, and contribute to marketing efforts, all while adhering to Fair Housing laws. Requires 1+ year sales/customer service experience and a flexible schedule.

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and follow a defined sales process.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process, promptly follow up with active prospects, schedule and conduct tours to sell the value of the community.
• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter.
• Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
