AIR Communities is hiring a Resident Relations Manager for our Orlando, FL community. You will lead leasing efforts, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and coordinate with the operations team to exceed leasing goals.

You bring at least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, with a proven ability to follow a sales process, work flexible hours, and provide outstanding service to residents. We offer a 25% rent discount, commissions, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Demonstrated success in goal setting and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills addressing resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's leasing process with prompt follow-up and tours to sell the community.
• Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional resident service and create moments that matter for residents.
• Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
