AIR Communities is hiring a Resident Relations Manager for our Orlando, FL community. You will lead leasing efforts, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and coordinate with the operations team to exceed leasing goals.

You bring at least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, with a proven ability to follow a sales process, work flexible hours, and provide outstanding service to residents. We offer a 25% rent discount, commissions, and growth opportunities.

We are hiring an Resident Relations Manager for our property in the Orlando, FL area!

Our Associate Managers are true business leaders who direct operations, sales, finances, and team development. They are industry front runners and influencers who deliver extraordinary customer experiences and always strive to exceed business goals.

What You Will Do

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of your unique community and to help prospects find their new home at AIR.
• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.

What You Have

• Flexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours (hours may include weekends and will vary based on community and season).

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
