Job summary

Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking an experienced Residential Assistant Property Manager for a Merrimack, NH property. This full-time role supports leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance under the supervision of the Property Manager.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in residential property management, proficiency with MRI/Yardi/Nexus, and strong customer service and organizational skills. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in residential property management.
• Working knowledge of property management software (MRI, Yardi, Nexus or similar).
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing and available to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day property operations including marketing, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Generate leasing traffic, conduct apartment tours, qualify prospects, and complete leasing.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, prepare lease docs, coordinate move-in paperwork.
• Develop and implement leasing/marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Assist with rent collections, reporting, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate property records and ensure activities comply with laws and policies.
• Support the Property Manager in achieving operational, financial, and occupancy goals.
