Brady Sullivan Properties seeks an experienced Residential Assistant Property Manager to support a Merrimack, NH property. You will assist with leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting under the supervision of the Property Manager.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and reliability, with weekend availability as needed, to help maximize occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident experience while meeting company goals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in residential property management.
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, Nexus or similar platforms.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day property operations under supervision of Property Manager.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Coordinate leasing, tours, applications, and move-in procedures.
