Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy, staff management, budget preparation, and supervising resident certification/recertification processes. Strong language skills and LIHTC experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with minimum of 5 years related property management and supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Onesite a plus.
• LIHTC recertification experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and staff across site office and maintenance.
• Ensure LIHTC program compliance and manage resident certification/recertification processing.
• Maintain optimal occupancy and staffing; prepare budgets.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff, both written and verbal.
