Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee an apartment community in Merrimack Valley. The role includes directing site operations and maintenance staff while ensuring LIHTC compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy, staff management, budget preparation, and supervising resident certification/recertification processes. Strong language skills and LIHTC experience are essential.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with minimum of 5 years related property management and supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Onesite a plus.
• LIHTC recertification experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee property operations and staff across site office and maintenance.
• Ensure LIHTC program compliance and manage resident certification/recertification processing.
• Maintain optimal occupancy and staffing; prepare budgets.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff, both written and verbal.
