Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from introduction to occupancy.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Develop and implement leasing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Greet visitors and determine property suitability for clients.
• Provide property information and schedule visits for prospects.
• Explain lease terms and policies to residents.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and move-in funds.
• Coordinate with maintenance on leased status and unit readiness.
