Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in the day-to-day operations and financial management of the property. You will engage with residents and drive satisfaction while ensuring efficient property operations and brand representation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property management or customer service, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required for this on-site role.

• Three+ years of experience managing people in property management or a similar customer-service environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the community in a way that aligns with company goals and profitability.
• Coach and develop property team members; promote safety and core values.
• Monitor rent collection procedures; generate monthly closing reports.
• Oversee leasing and move-in/move-out processes.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Attend and assist with resident events as needed.
