Job summary

NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC seeks a Community Manager for our Albuquerque, NM property. You will welcome new residents, approve leases, monitor market trends and lead the on-site team to keep the community well-maintained and profitable.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of on-site property management experience, strong leasing and marketing skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word. We offer bonuses, health and 401k, rent discounts, and regular trainings.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of on-site Community Manager experience in multi-family property management.
Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
Experience with budgeting and familiarity with property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service.
Lead daily on-site team check-ins and coordinate priorities with supervisors.
Post and track all community income; maintain social media presence and update listings.
Walk make-ready units and ensure leases are accurate and residents are satisfied.
Monitor market trends and respond to emergencies as needed.
