Responsibilities
- Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service and a friendly greeting.
- Lead daily team check-ins to stay aligned on priorities.
- Post and record all community income accurately; manage leases.
- Maintain active social media and update listing services for visibility.
- Inspect make-ready units to ensure readiness for new residents.
- Assist with budgeting and revenue optimization; oversee accounts receivable/payable.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and complete incident reports when needed.
