NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to showcase our communities and apartments to prospective residents, highlighting features and amenities that make living at a New Earth Residential Community special.

You will respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and participate in leasing training, while supporting on-site staff and maintaining lease terms and collections knowledge in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior sales experience encouraged.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet community needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident inquiries.
• Conduct tours and lease apartment homes.
• Engage in ongoing leasing training.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
