NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee on-site operations for a multi-family property. You will welcome residents, manage leases, and drive occupancy while coordinating with the Regional Manager.

The role involves budgeting, staff supervision, and maintaining strong community engagement. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of on-site management experience, solid leasing/marketing skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet tools.

Qualifications

• Two years of on-site Community Manager experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Internet; software experience preferred.
• Budgeting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service; greet them consistently.
• Post and ensure all community income is accurately recorded.
• Maintain active social media presence with regular posts.
• Update Resman with notices, move-ins, leases, traffic and availability.
